Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 July 2026

This privacy policy explains how Shreevya GmbH (“Shreevya”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit this website. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Shreevya GmbH, Seemattstrasse 44, 4332 Stein AG, Switzerland (Commercial Register no. CHE-429.715.642), is the controller responsible for the data processing described here. You can reach us at contact@shreevya.com. Our full company details are in the Impressum.

2. What data we process

2.1 When you contact us

Our contact form prepares an email in your own email application; nothing you type into the form is stored on our servers. When you send us an email (via the form or directly), we receive the data you choose to share — typically your name, email address, the topic of your enquiry, and your message. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence.

2.2 Technical data (hosting)

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data required to deliver the site securely: your IP address, date and time of access, the pages requested, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data is used for operating, securing, and troubleshooting the website and is not combined with other data to identify you. Our primary hosting region is Frankfurt, Germany (EU); to speed up delivery, static content may also be served from the content delivery network node closest to you.

2.3 Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly measurement service that does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. It collects aggregated, anonymised usage statistics (page views, country, device type) that cannot be traced back to you as an individual.

2.4 Fonts

All fonts used on this website are self-hosted and delivered from the same infrastructure as the website itself. Your browser makes no requests to third-party font services when you visit this site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing and securing the website (legitimate interest in reliable, safe operation)
  • Answering enquiries you send us (performance of pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest)
  • Understanding aggregate site usage to improve our content (legitimate interest)

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated individual decision-making, or use it for profiling.

4. Service providers and disclosure abroad

We use the following service provider, which processes technical data outside Switzerland:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and cookieless analytics. Our website is hosted in Vercel’s Frankfurt (Germany) region, so server-side processing takes place primarily in the EU, which Switzerland recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.

As Vercel is a US company operating a global content delivery network, a transfer of technical data to the United States (for example for content delivery, support, or security purposes) cannot be excluded. For such transfers we rely on the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner) to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Beyond this provider, we only disclose personal data if we are legally obliged to do so.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is limited to what is technically necessary to display the site correctly (for example, remembering a display preference). You can configure your browser to block or delete stored data at any time.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, and thereafter only as long as statutory retention duties require. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short, limited period for security purposes.

7. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, and misuse — including transport encryption (TLS) for all connections to this website.

8. Your rights

Under the FADP (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you have the right to:

  • request information about the personal data we process about you (access)
  • have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
  • request deletion of your data (erasure)
  • object to processing or request that it be restricted
  • receive the data you provided to us in a common electronic format (data portability)

To exercise these rights, write to contact@shreevya.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current one; the date above indicates when it was last revised.
